MIDI record broken: Input Quantize and PDC don't play well together

MessageAuthor

Not much to reproduce this one. Arm the track for recording, make sure Preserve PDC delayed monitoring in recorded items is turned on, set your MIDI input quantize settings to taste and go record some MIDI Once finished, notes won't be quantized directly to grid but offset slightly by PDC delay. __________________

Would love to hear a confirmation I'm not the only one experiencing this. This is recording after all, you don't want to mess this up - I'm trying to devise a proper workaround, but no luck for now. __________________

I saw this when you first posted it and thought about replying but then I thought I'm probably missing something. But since noone replied yet: My thoughts were isn't that actually the purpose of this option when it's turned on, to preserve the PDC. Or another way, couldn't you simply switch it off when you want the notes hard quantised to grid. But yeah, what am I missing?
