So I have to change the glass on my V40 so the beam shines in the right direction (u.k spec car moved to sweden). MOT is on friday, got the glass yesterday from a place called Biltima left and right hand side both in sealed box, Happy day's I'm thinking thay only cast 20 pound each. I also got 2 new light bulbs as one was broken, so I wip the lights out not to much trouble start to replace glass only to find out there both right hand side. Now my car's sitting there with no lights and I cant get to the shop to change them, along with this the bulbs where wrong and to add to my maddness all the adjuster thing's broke, thay should of made them with logo the thing's are useless. So now Ive got 2 right hand side glass things, wrong bulbs and broken adjusters and my MOT on friday, happy day's. Moral of the story open the boxes before you wipp your lights out. If anyones intrested getting the lights out is possible with one person I managed to pull the bumper whilst pulling the light out but you will brake the adjusters if your not carefull and when taking the side light out make sure you pull it away from the car in a forward motion and not to the side of the car if that makes sense (I broke one of the thingy thing's that hold it in place). And the refletors are the same both sides on phase 1 models. I'm saying this cos I was looking for this info myself and never really got an answer so it might help someone. Rant over
