Step Input and Backspace

MessageAuthor

Dear all, I have searched for a while but did not find, what I was looking for. I started using StepInput a while ago, and I wonder if there is a possibility to add a function to delete the last inputed note(s) with a single key i.e. Backspace. For example, I input C E G as 8th notes on my keyboard with Step Input and press two times Backspace, I want a script that deletes the G and the E and set the cursor back behind the C. Is this possible? Thanks and Best regards, Seven

Undo? Or a custom action that you can assign e.g. to backspace if you want: Edit: Unselect all Navigate: Select previous note Edit: Delete notes BUT that one will only work reliably if you have just the step input notes in the item. It will delete previous notes according to their position in timeline, not by the order they were created.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. Undo doesn't work fully as it doesn't set the cursor back, but the other way works perfect. WOW Thank you so much!!!!
