Replacing door cards on an 850R?

I am trying to tidy my new 850 and have quite a list of things to do because of the careless previous owner. He's obviously had jagged objects in the boot as it's marked both rear door cards. My question is, as 850R beige door cards are as rare as hens teeth, can I buy some standard 850 door cards and insert my alcantara trim or are they a totally different design? Thanks in anticipation. As far as I know its just the alacantra trim thats different.
